John came round and was very professional through out. He was very honest about the different options that were available and surprisingly unlike most plumbers in Oxford was talking about saving me money! When he gave me a quote he also realised a simple problem and fixed it free of charge! Highly recommend! Rare tradesman in a city full of cowboys.

John has been really efficient, he came to help with our new bathroom as we brought  an old property. We got talking about the energy efficiency review that I was worried about also and he changed all the radiator valves to thermostat so we could control the heating more effectively. Further gave us more solutions to help. Also I mentioned the drainage raised in our level three RICS survey and he installed French drains to the front of the property so the water is no longer pooling round areas that were of concern for damp. It sounds silly but I didn’t realise how much a plumber could help in all the areas he did. We highly recommend, will follow up on his other recommendations shortly.
